The guy at the reception was really welcoming, helpful and friendly, the location of the hotel is great - 5 min walking to the nearest bus\ tram stop, 10 min walking to the nearest supermarket (Rewe) - not far from the Steintor, 18 min walking to the Hauptbahnhof. The room and the beathroom were clean, smelled good, the area was relatively quiet, it is no lift, only stairs, there is a fridge and a kettle, and even a coffee machine in the kitchenette, new cleaning devices (to do dishes) in the box which was really cute, also tea bags and sugar sticks in a bowl. There is a tv set and a huge mirror in the room.

The room was lovely, spacious, very new and clean. Bedroom separate, having a small very decent kitchen and a very clean bathroom. The location is right next to the river and east access to city center, 7-8 mins walk.

Most importantly of all, the staff was AMAZING: they went above and beyond to help us finding our way back to the place where we had to leave our broken car for repair. They handled the calls to the repair shop and taxi service, even offering us a second breakfast (including freshly-baked cake) while we were waiting for the taxi. Such a nice experience. The room was actually a small apartment, complete with a small kitchen. Newly redecorated. Spatious bathroom. Very comfortable bed. The breakfast was plentiful. Great location to reach the city center in 5 minutes and the Maschsee in 15 minutes walking.
